How do you price engagements?
Most projects are fixed-scope and fixed-price, agreed after a short discovery so there are no surprises. Dedicated engineers run on a simple monthly retainer.
What engagement models do you offer?
Two: a dedicated team of senior engineers who join your team on a retainer, or a managed service where we scope, build, and deliver a defined outcome at a fixed price.
How quickly can you start?
Typically within two weeks. We stay deliberately small and senior, so a team is available soon rather than a queue months out.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes. With a dedicated team you adjust the size month to month as your needs change.

Do we own the code and IP?
Entirely. You own the repository, the infrastructure, and all IP from day one. We build on your accounts, so there is no lock-in.
Who actually does the work?
The senior engineers and lead you meet on the first call. Delivery is never handed to a separate junior team after signing.
How do you handle quality and testing?
QA and release discipline are built into every engagement, automated tests, code review, and pre-launch checks, so releases ship on schedule and hold up in production.
What happens after launch?
We monitor the release, fix anything that surfaces, and can stay on a support retainer, or hand over clean, documented code.

We are based in Dubai, UAE, and work remotely with clients across the UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and the US. Dubai's timezone overlaps European mornings and Asian afternoons for real same-day collaboration.
What do you build?
